Abstract

The most common site for the nasal hemangioma to originate is nasal septum followed by the lateral nasal wall and vestibule. Cavernous hemangioma of the maxillary sinus is a rare presentation.This article reports a case of 65 years old lady with cavernous hemangioma of the left maxillary sinus with bone eroding properties in the imaging
mimicking a malignant lesion.
