Abstract

Craniopharyngioma is a benign, slow growing  tumour with infrasellar location being very rare.

Two histologic variants have been described in literature – papillary and adamantinomatous type.

We present here a rare case of infrasellar adamantinomatous type of intranasal craniopharyngioma.
